Returns & Exchanges Policy
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@yourdomain.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Returns
We offer 30 day returns on unworn, unused apparel in original condition.
If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- A $8.49 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping fees are non refundable
Once approved, we will email return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. After the item is received, your refund will be issued minus applicable fees.
Non Returnable Items
- Final sale items
If there is an issue with wrapping paper or any non apparel item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@wearbandwag.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue and the full item
We cannot process replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items without photos. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for approved returns and verified damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please return the unworn item within 30 days for a refund minus the $8.49 return handling fee, then place a new order.
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Mislabeled Items
If an item is mislabeled, contact us at info@wearbandwag.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
